You should be familiar with remote troubleshooting techniques.
This is in office only.
We do not work remotely.
Requirements:
Communication and customer service skills, understanding of technical terms and a history of progressive learning in the IT realm.
The selected candidate will be expected to learn and get certified (company paid) by multiple organizations related to the position.
