We are currently seeking to fulfill a in office full-time position.
Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, processing policy change requests, maintain knowledge of our current products, cross-selling to current customers, and answering any questions our clients may have.
Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required.
We will provide you with all the licensing you need to become the best! $500 signing bonus if you are currently licensed All who apply will be emailed a link to an online assessment.

30pm Business Hours (no weekend or evenings) Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions Wil be required to work in the office to handle walk in customers Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of calls and emails Maintain accurate customer records and documentation Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets Continuously develop knowledge of Allstate products and services Cross-selling other products to current customers! Requirements Training provided and paid for - To Obtain a 220 or 440 License Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Excellent problem-solving skills Driven and goal-oriented individual.
Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Provide warm and empathetic customer care Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
