Responsibilities:
Positioned as the face and of Deck and Drive in the lobby of our new state-of-the- art showroom, you will greet and assist incoming customers and vendors and notify appropriate departments of their arrival Receive and distribute all incoming deliveries Receive and resolve incoming Customer Service phone calls or refer to appropriate personnel Update customer files as appropriate Assist Call Center with data entry Administrative tasks as necessary Qualifications High school diploma or GED Familiarity with multi-line telephone systems Prior experience with Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and telephone communication etiquette Organized and resourceful Customer-focused Active listener Job Type:
