We are looking for a Swiss Army knife of skills who is ready to seize the opportunity to get in on the ground floor and grow with our company.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in setting up and building Power BI reports, working with Azure and API data, and providing daily IT assistance to the staff of four HVAC companies.
Genesys experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is also welcome.

Responsibilities:
Genesys Support:
Provide day-to-day support for overall Genesys infrastructure Design, configure, test, and troubleshoot flows Perform routine move, add, changes to Genesys Configure queues Add/modify IVR workflows Set up out-of-the-box integrations Set up Genesys API integrations with other source systems within Right Away Create/modify reports within Genesys Operational Support:
Manage tickets for routine tasks within M365, software & hardware repair Author and update technical documentation such as user manuals, system documentation, technical standards, and training materials Configure and implement new systems and enhancements to existing systems in support of business needs Monitor and manage systems, recommend solutions to hardware or software problems and issues Participate in managing overall cybersecurity posture Create/Modify/Update intranet (SharePoint) Test, and package software/scripting through Intune M365 Exchange Server & Azure Active Directory Administration Remote Worker and VPN Support PC Imaging and Deployment, Endpoint Security, and Antivirus Documentation and Knowledge Base Best Practices Acquisition integration for future company purchases
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or other related area, or equivalent experience Experience supporting network environments Experience implementing and supporting connectivity into cloud environments such as AWS and Azure Must be located in Florida.
