Bilingual Client Services Representative

This not only saves them money but also allows them to resolve their debt in a fraction of the time it would take them on their own.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bilingual Client Services Representative to join our team.
The CSR will take calls from current clients and answer questions, provide information about the company's programs and services and handle complaints.
This role is responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients with a strong focus on client retention.
The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aim to deliver high quality service in every interaction.
IMPORTANT:
This is an in-office position (not remote) that will require you to work in our office in West Palm Beach.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients through various methods such as phone, email and text.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
Respond promptly to client inquiries.
Provide program updates and other related information about the company services and programs to clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns and resolve client escalations.
Document and update customer records based on interactions.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services.
Ensure client satisfaction and provide exceptional client support.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an office or call center environment Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong follow-up and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Ability to remain calm and professional when a customer is upset or stressed.
Pleasant, friendly, and a team player attitude with an ability to adapt to change Must be willing to learn and able to take direction and constructive criticism Must be proficient with computers, specifically with windows based programs such as MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook Ability to type 40 WPM What we offer:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
