30P Human Resources Coordinator Bethesda Health East - Human Resources The HR Coordinator is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day Human Resources operations to ensure that appropriate employee information records are prepared and maintained in a timely fashion.
Essential duties and responsibilities will include:
greeting and assists employees, visitors, applicants and responds to telephone inquires.
Performs administrative duties relating to HR functions, conducts brief interviews with the applicants, logs and tracks applicant's progress and initiates reference requests.
Thoroughly and accurately input employee new hire information and scan employee documents in a timely manner.
Create new hire packets for Orientation.
Assist and provide back up to HR team members.
Must be trustworthy and display the ability to work with confidential information.
The candidate must have a strong proficiency with computers and a strong knowledge base of Microsoft based programs such as Excel and Access.
Must have two to three year's experience, preferably in a Human Resources; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
