30P, 8A - 8P, Hours may vary, must be flexible for coverage including weekends.
Receptionist Bethesda Heart Hospital - Front Desk Lobby.
Hospital High school degree or equivalent required; two years of college or Associated Degree preferred.
Must have exceptional customer service skills, telephone etiquette and computer skills.
Greets and assists all visitors / customers.
Responds to all inquiries in a prompt, friendly and professional manner by providing accurate, current information.
Responsible for answering phones, fielding calls and light computer work.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
