The successful Assistant Manager:
Directs the daily operations including sales and service, of a fast-paced, growing weight loss center.
Enrolls clients on new programs and generates product sales based upon clients' needs and assessments.
Has a passion for helping others, combined with an aptitude in sales and management.

EDUCATION:
Associates or Bachelors degree with emphasis on business, health, nutrition, dietetics, hospitality, retail, medical services, dance, psychology or counseling preferred.
Paid training provided.

Experience:
Sales experience in medical, gym, dance, school, beauty or weight loss sales and counseling is a plus, but not required.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Full time hours are 40
between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Part time hours are 25 between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm, Monday through Friday and Tuesday and Saturday mornings from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Mondays and Saturdays are required work days for all staff members.
Must be flexible with work schedule, have transportation and auto insurance, and pass written and oral examinations following paid training.

COMPENSATION:
Competitive compensation packages dependent on experience, education and position.
Base plus commission plus bonus. Health Insurance, 401K, paid holiday/PTO/vacation.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
